Backyard Organics is a family business that strives to demonstrate that bountiful harvests can be obtained from your own backyard. 

Our produce is grown in a network of backyards in the Newmarket area and is guaranteed to be the freshest and most local produce you can possibly buy.

We grow only heirloom and/or organic varieties using cutting edge organic technologies and sustainable practices.

We specialize in leafy green salad mixes incorporating several types of colourful lettuces, beet greens etc. along with healthy and nutritious greens for cooking such as Swiss chard and kale.

Our herbs include basil, thyme, oregano and parsley.

As the season progresses we will be offering vegetables such as beets, carrots, cucumber, eggplant, kohlrabi ,green onions, string beans, squash, tomatoes and zucchini.
