Impressions Cookie Co.  was launched in 2009 at the Newmarket Farmers’ Market.   We first introduced a few of our all-natural artisan cookies that got rave reviews from Family and Friends.  By mid-summer, our offerings expanded to include 7 fantastic flavours of beautiful Italian Pizzelles , 8 flavours of what our customers are calling “the best Biscotti they’ve ever had”, and the cutest “melt-in-your-mouth” Empire Cookies.  Over the summer, we gathered the feedback and advice of our customers to perfect our selections and packaging and now, we are proud to be a seasoned market vendor! 

Lisa Mancini is the owner of Impressions Cookie Co.  She currently works on her cookie business part time.  Lisa started Impressions Cookie Co. because of her passion for food and cooking, and as a way to exercise her creative potential.   Her dream is to someday be working on her business full time and continue to delight others through her world of handmade Cookies, Beautiful Inside and Out!
