At Kneadings, our specialty is creating full-flavored, soft-crusted American hearth breads and crusty breads in the European tradition.  To ensure we create the finest breads in town, we do not use any oil, sugar, preservatives or additives in any of our breads.  The bread is naturally preserved by the use of honey that acts as an organic preservative while providing the sweetness in each loaf.  We differentiate ourselves from other local bakeries by stone milling our own whole-wheat flour at our store to ensure that the flour is as fresh as possible.  Our breads not only taste delicious, but it would be a perfect addition to a healthy diet.

In addition to our freshly baked breads, we have a wide assortment of sweets that are all baked from scratch.  Each morning we bake a wide selection of scones including our renowned cranberry walnut scones, oatmeal cookies, muffins, and cinnamon rolls.  Feel free to come by our booth and enjoy a tasty snack along your Saturday market shopping!
