2026 Update: due to the high number of interest inquiries we have received, the “I’m Interested in Applying” form has been temporarily removed. We are no longer considering new vendors for the 2026 season.

Step 1: Fill out the “I’m Interested in Applying” form. This will tell us a bit about who you are and what type of products you offer.

Step 2: When space opens up in your category (farm, food), your information will be reviews and shortlisted vendors will receive an email with a link to the full application, inviting you to apply. This happens in mid - late February after we confirm our returning vendors.

Step 3: Follow the application directions and submit your form.

Step 4: Wait to hear if you have been approved.

Applications for the regular season are emailed out to vendors at the end of February, in the categories where space is available and who have completed the “I’m Interested in Applying” form.

Due to the high volume of interest, we no longer make our full application publicly available.

If you are a primary producer farmer with a unique offering, we would love to hear from you. We are especially interested in dairy and value-added farm products that may diversify our current offerings.

As a Farmers’ Market, more than 51% of our vendors must be farmers and as such, we are limited in how many non-farm vendors we are able to accept.

We are not accepting any Artisans for our regular season at this time.

We may consider part time vendors to fill gaps but strongly prefer vendors who can commit to the full season, rain or shine.

No, we do not accept new vendors after the application process has finished and the season has begun.

Vendors may send an expression of interest, but should not expect to be considered for the current season.

Applications for the Christmas Market are available in September and close by early October. Priority is given to regular season vendors before considering other vendors.
