We’re updating our Vendor Application process for 2026!

If you are a new vendor interested in being considered for the upcoming regular season, please fill out the “I’m Interested in Applying” form and we will let you know when space opens up in your category.

 Vendor Application Frequently Asked Questions

  • Step 1: Fill out the “I’m Interested in Applying” form. This will tell us a bit about who you are and what type of products you offer.

    Step 2: When space opens up in your category (farm, food, artisan), you will receive an email with a link to the full application, inviting you to apply. This happens in mid - late January after we confirm our returning vendors.

    Step 3: Follow the application directions and submit your form.

    Step 4: Wait to hear if you have been approved.

  • Applications for the regular season are emailed out to vendors in the categories where space is available and who have completed the “I’m Interested in Applying” form.

  • If you are a primary producer farmer with a unique offering, we would love to hear from you. We are especially interested in dairy and value-added farm products that may diversify our current offerings.

    As a Farmers’ Market, more than 51% of our vendors must be farmers and as such, we are limited in how many non-farm vendors we are able to accept.

    We are not accepting any Artisans for our regular season at this time.

  • We may consider part time vendors to fill gaps but give preference to full time vendors.

  • No, we do not accept new vendors after the applications have closed and the season has begun. Vendors may send an expression of interest, but should not expect to be considered for the current season.

  • Applications for the Christmas Market are available in September and close by early October. Priority is given to regular season vendors before considering other vendors.
